The Indian entertainment channel Zee Zindagi Tv took the initiative of bringing Pakistani dramas to its audience. It was a completely new and pleasant experience for people in India who were fed up with typical Saas Bahu drama serials mostly containing domestic jiggery-pokery content which are runs for never ending period. The first batch of Pakistani dramas broadcasted on Zee zindagi TV included a play “Kash Mein Teri Beti Na Hoti” written by Kifayat Rodani. We have good news for Indian drama-philes that his another drama serial “Mann Ke Moti” will be broadcast tomorrow on Zee Zindagi TV with the changing in title “Khel Qismat Ka”. The particular show on-aired on Geo TV and received much deserving applause from its viewers. Drama serial “Khel Qismat ka” revolves around a beautiful family of Fariha struck with the life’s reality and the survival after losing the bread earner of the family. What Prompts a Mother to take drastic step to remarry and leave her children’s behind? What will be the fate of her children’s? Will they be bereft of their Mother’s love?

The story highlights the concept of living conditions of a very poor family in Pakistan and the hardships and difficulties they have to face daily to earn their living. Things are never easy for Khushi commonly known as Pagli and her entire family with their Akbar Ali (Father) selling newspapers but hardly earning anything, Zuleikha (her mother) working as a maid in a rich house but always getting insulted by the owner, while she and Bano (her sister) wash car mirrors on the roads. Ummo (her brother) works in a workshop. They are in such a miserable condition that they have nothing to eat most of the times. The parents are worried about Khushi’s marriage but have to hold back because they cannot afford dowry. The story takes an amazing turn and finally a proposal comes for Khushi but it’s not just a marriage proposal; it’s a one year contract with selfish intentions behind it. The most shocking thing for Khushi would be when she actually gets to know later about Zuleikha’s reality. It will show you how the elite rich class manipulates the poor class for their own motives and then discard them off once they are no longer needed. You will also get to see that money is such a powerful force which can force parents to take certain steps which are unethical. See how things turn out to be as this amazing story develops depicting the reality of our and other third world countries.

"Do Qadam Door Thay" is written by Kifayat Rodini and beautifully directed by Mohsin Mirza, Produced by Ironline Productions. Cast of play includes Ayeza Khan as Nayab, Sami Khan as Zohab ud din, Kanwar Arsalan as Raza, Azra Muhyuddin as Tamanna Begum, Sana Khan as Nisha, Qavi Khan as Dada Jaan, Aly Khan as Salman, Amber Arshad as Farah and others.

Story revolves around Nayab and Zohab ud din. Raza, Nayab’s cousin wants to see Nayab happy and that’s why due to crucial circumstances kidnapped Zohab and asked him to marry Nayab on gun point. Both the character didn’t see each other but now they are nikkahofied. Zohab didn’t want this marriage that’s why he will Nayab soon after Nikkah, Nayab will try to find him but will fail. Now the story will be about these characters how they going to meet again, what difficulties they will have to bear, what fate has to offer them. It’s purely a love story with a lot of twists.
 Original Sound Track of Do Qadam Door Thay  is indeed heart wrenching and lyrics are of course food for thought..

Drama Serial "maan ke moti" is written by Kifayat Rodini and beautifully directed by Nadeem Siddique. Cast of play includes Yasra Rizvi as Fariha, Asma Abbas as Nasreen, Faisal Qureshi as Raheel and Waseem Abbas as Arshad. Child star Zohaab is also there as Guddu and he is quite an important reason for why I’m looking forward to this serial.

Story revolves around Raheel who belongs to a lower middle class family and lives with his wife Fariha and his four children. This is a completely joint family system and holds all those combined family issues. Till now family is living happily together but problems start when he leaves Pakistan in search of better future for his family on suggestion of his friends. What is going to happen after that is really worth watching. Second marriage of single mothers is the core theme of play and definitely unveils how sufferings welcome such families.
